Hiring Timeline

We are interviewing and qualifying candidates now for anticipated opportunities beginning in January 2027. Candidates who successfully complete our hiring and onboarding process will become Ready for Hire and be prepared for office assignments as opportunities become available in the new year.

Compensation:

Pay is commission-based. Office commission is based on the number of Verifications requested and varies from office to office. All Success Consultants receive hourly pay, at their state’s minimum wage, which is treated as an advance toward the commission on the office(s) they work.

As you gain experience with eAssist, you may also have opportunities to qualify for additional specialties, expanding both your career path and earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Complete all insurance verifications with 100% accuracy at least 2 business days before the patient's appointment
  • Verify that all insurance data in the client's practice management software (PMS) is accurate
  • Accurately enter coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining balances into the client's PMS
  • Attach the insurance breakdown in the client's PMS images, Doc Center, or SmartDocs
  • Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, dental offices, and eAssist team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation while meeting required turnaround times and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent dental insurance verification experience within the past two years
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance benefits, terminology, coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining benefits
  • Experience working with dental practice management software
  • Some daytime flexibility Monday through Friday is required for daily office responsibilities, office/eAssist meetings and communication with insurance companies. Hours vary by assigned office, and some work may be completed outside traditional business hours. 
  • A dedicated workspace, printer, high-speed internet, and a computer that meets our current Hardware and Software Requirements
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Part-time Employees (15-29 hours per week)

Full-time Employees (30 hours or more per week)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Life Insurance ($25,000), plus supplemental plans for spouse and/or children
  • Voluntary Critical Illness, Hospitalization, and Accident supplemental plans
  • Employee Assistance Program

Location

Candidates must reside in the United States. Due to position-specific employment requirements, this role is currently available only to applicants residing in eligible states. State eligibility will be confirmed during the application process.
