Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly analytical and systems-minded Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to bring visibility and accuracy to our marketing performance data. You’ll be the architect who fixes broken attribution, connects marketing activity to revenue, and delivers trusted insights that drive smarter decisions across multiple brands.
Working hands-on in Zoho CRM, GA4, and connected platforms, you’ll rebuild dashboards, establish tracking standards, and uncover the stories behind the numbers. You’ll also manage UTM governance, ensure clean campaign tracking, and oversee landing-page setup and testing so every lead, click, and dollar is accurately captured.
You will work closely with Revenue Operations and the Sales team to ensure leads flow correctly through our systems—captured, tracked, and routed properly before being handed to sales—so reporting reflects the full funnel accurately from first touch to close.
If you love turning messy data into actionable intelligence—and want to build the foundation that marketing and leadership rely on—you’ll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Attribution (Primary Focus)
- Audit, rebuild, and maintain marketing acquisition and reporting infrastructure in Zoho, GA4, Looker, Calendly, Zapier, and related tools.
- Design dashboards that show where leads originate, how they move through the funnel, and which campaigns drive pipeline and revenue.
- Build attribution models that connect marketing spend to outcomes across channels, partners, and brands.
- Analyze lead behavior and lifecycle trends and translate insights into recommended actions.
- Develop simple forecasting models to project lead volumes and conversion trends across channels.
- Partner with leadership to identify KPIs, benchmarks, and metrics that guide investment decisions.
- Identify and address lead-quality issues across digital channels by analyzing source data, conversion paths, and form submissions. Partner with demand generation and sales to reduce junk leads and improve overall lead quality and conversion rates.
Tracking & UTM Governance
- Own end-to-end UTM management, creation, and documentation.
- Train and support the marketing team on proper UTM tagging, ensuring every campaign maps correctly into analytics and CRM systems.
- Regularly audit inbound traffic to catch and correct tracking errors.
- Maintain tag and pixel tracking infrastructure for accurate measurement across GA4, ad platforms, and CRM.
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Build, QA, and optimize landing pages and forms to ensure clean data capture and seamless lead routing.
- Set up and test tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion events to guarantee reliable reporting.
- Partner with channel owners to run experiments and improve conversion rates.
Marketing Operations & Systems
- Manage Zoho CRM reporting, integrations, and data integrity; lead preparation for potential migration to HubSpot or a future multi-brand CRM.
- Own lead flow, scoring, and routing logic between marketing and sales systems.
- Document workflows, integrations, and process updates to ensure scalability and continuity.
- Ensure all marketing data and reporting processes comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy standards.
- Own audience segmentation logic for campaigns and nurtures, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and consistency in CRM targeting.
Reporting, Insights & Team Enablement
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that visualize performance and connect marketing activity to pipeline.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and recommendations that help marketers and executives act on data quickly.
- Conduct short training sessions to improve data fluency across the marketing team.
- Educate channel owners on how to interpret dashboards and use insights to drive campaign optimization.
